There are four approaches to marketing your home business, and I've tried all four.

I started where most people do, just hoping that business would find me without me doing anything to market myself and attract clients. That doesn't work.

The next step for me, like many people, was the "OK, now let's try THIS and see if it works" approach. I spent some time blindly stumbling around trying various things. Some worked a little. Most didn't. I had better results than the first approach, but things still weren't going well.

Then I decided that since marketing is on of the most important factors in business success, I needed to learn everything about marketing. You can spend hundreds of hours and many thousands of dollars on books, courses, manuals, tapes, CDs, and seminars. And when you've studied the wisdom of Claude Hopkins, John Caples, Jay Abraham, Gary Halbert, Dan Kennedy, John Carlton, Brian Keith Voiles, and the other marketing wizards you'll certainly know a lot about marketing. But you still won't have the experience with practical application of what you've learned. That takes more time and effort. I learned a lot, but I'm still figuring out how to use it.

Finally I talked to Debbi Bressler. Debbi has all of the marketing knowledge AND the practical experience to help apply it to a home business.

Whenever I mentioned a problem I was having, Debbi immediately had a way to fix it. I told her that I get a lot of answering machines when I call prospective clients.
